  • We were honoured to be asked by our longstanding client, the National Osteoporosis Society, to launch their new brand across all their assets. This major transition – which included a name change to Royal Osteoporosis Society – required our strategic, digital, design, social and copywriting expertise.

  • With hundreds of assets to redesign, our planning and account management skills came to the fore. We ensured a smooth transition with clear timelines, shared (live) progress reports and regular updates. As a result, our team hit every deadline.

  • One of the highlights of the project was organising and art directing two major photoshoots to create an extensive bank of quality images.


    Copywriting was a critical consideration and we created a flexible tone and messaging platform to suit the charity’s different audience personas. One area that required specialist attention was internal comms.

    A major new property development plan is set to transform Whitehaven and we were commissioned to create a placemaking brand that celebrates the coastal town’s heritage while heralding its bright, confident future.

  • The logo is based on an aerial view of the proposed development site and picks up on the natural colours found in the local area – from the green of the surrounding fields to the brown of the sandstone quays.

  • The brand was required to work across a range of online and offline applications and to engage with many different members of the local community. We paid particular attention to the messaging and to creating an approachable tone of voice that conveys expertise and reliability.
